The Franchise Director guides and manages the overall provision of Franchise services and programs for the entire company.
Franchise Director possesses profit and loss responsibility for the Company. In this role you will provide the hands on leadership and support required to attain optimum levels of profitability and customer service throughout the organization. and serve as the liaison between field personnel, franchised and corporate stores, and our wireless service providers.
• Performing analysis and developing action plans,
• Offering meaningful testimonials.
• Providing assistance in the growth of annual business plans by conferring between the franchisee and operating partners.
• Must ensure the performance of the business plans by coordinating with the company resources
*He must lead the execution improvement by communicating results of the operating unit progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Implementing, maintaining and managing an efficient system of control throughout the organization.
• Maintaining administration, budgeting the company, supervising the company, reporting of all functions of the concerned departments and communication effectively on all company affairs.
*Franchise Director will organize and plan the franchising department.
*The Franchise Director will ensure that franchisees receive the corporation's message regarding business strategy, promotions and products.
*The Franchise Director will offer support to franchisees, which will ensure the overall success of the company.
*Franchise Director will oversees new franchisees the will also provide training and information on the business policies and procedures.
*The Franchise Director will be responsible for finding and developing new franchisees for the business.
• Ensure that allowable standards of deals are established by the company.
• Must possess a BSc in a related field.
• Post-graduation in business MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance/operations
• Seven years plus of progressive leadership experience in franchising positions
• Active affiliation with appropriate franchising networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.
• Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Franchising Management.
The person must be expert with point of sales systems
• He must be proficient in delivering ideas in groups
• The person must have strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Above average oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
